Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. All other stainless steel jewelry pieces are eligible for return within our 14-day window.
How long does refunds take and can I exchange?
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Exchanges: Yes! If you'd like a different size or style, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
